Christian Home Educators of Prince Albert is a non-profit group with the purpose of fellowship and encouragement in our Christian home education endeavour. We exist to provide edifying, educational, and fun activities for our home educating families and in that context to support each family in what God has called them to. We are followers of Jesus Christ and believe that the call to raise our children in the nurture and admonition of the Lord is our primary purpose. All are welcome to attend any CHEPAC event regardless of faith, understanding that CHEPAC as an organization will plan, facilitate, and support the inclusion of Jesus Christ in our activities and events.

December 2010

Friday December 3 at 1:00pm-EA Rawlinson Centre for the Arts gallery tour and activity

Childrens' tour and activity/project at the art gallery of EA Rawlinson Centre. It will run from 1:00-2:30pm on Friday the 3rd of December. Target age is grade 3 and up, although younger children may participate. Cost is $1.00/child for project supplies. Please email Genevieve as soon as possible to let her know if your children will be attending. smeding@sasktel.net




Tuesday December 7 at 6:30 pm-CHEPAC Christmas Recital and party
Scarborough Baptist Church, 2650 6th Ave. East.

We will once again have a Homeschool Christmas Recital. This is our second annual, and I'm hoping it will be as delightful as our first. We will put together a program for anyone that wants to participate in a program. This is an opportunity for your kids to show their talent and see their name in print, so don't be shy. It can be a musical number, skit, reading, etc, and can be anyone individually or your whole family. Please email me by December 4, 2010 to have your child's number put in the program. dawn.krohn@gmail.com Please feel free to invite family and friends, other homeschooled families who aren't currently involved in CHEPAC, and any others that would like to share in a fun evening of carols, food and fellowship. Please bring a plate of cookies/goodies to share after the program.
